Our attorneys have extensive experience as litigators and have represented various clients before courts and arbitral tribunals in Bulgaria and abroad. We have acted for companies of all sizes in disputes across a broad range of industries and have successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants. As counsel, we have been involved in various commercial disputes, employment disputes, insurance matters, privacy matters, and disputes arising out of the construction, public contracts, and real estate sectors. Additionally, we have experience in international arbitration proceedings covering both private commercial disputes and investor-state arbitration. Our attorneys have acted on matters before the ICC, ICSID, and the PCA, as well as matters before Bulgarian arbitral tribunals. In this context, we have advised foreign counsel and clients on both international and Bulgarian law issues, including recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, court injunction remedies, and security of claims in Bulgaria.
