Public Contracts

We advise clients participating in public procurement tenders and other procedures related to concessions and other special or exclusive rights in Bulgaria. We provide advice during the entire bid preparation and submission process. Additionally, we assist in the communications with the local contracting authorities and in setting up the appropriate business entities and formations with local partners and subcontractors. We represent clients before the Bulgarian Competition Commission and the national courts on appeals against unlawful procedures by the contracting authorities or on their defense against third parties.
