We advise insurance companies on a wide range of issues relating to their internal rules, as well as general terms and conditions required for licensing purposes and regulatory compliance under Bulgarian law. Our firm also represents insurance companies in administrative proceedings before the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission (FSC), which is the regulatory body supervising the insurance industry in the country. When necessary, we litigate in the Bulgarian courts to appeal administrative sanctions issued by the FSC. We also litigate various other insurance issues including recourse insurance claims and claims filed by insured parties.
