Overview:

Attorney at law, admitted to the Bulgarian Bar Bozhidar is a civil and an administrative lawyer and his main areas of practice include insurance matters, licensing, markets in securities, public companies and investment intermediation issues, appeals and litigation in civil and administrative procedures. Bozhidar has carried out duties as a substitute member of CESR- Pol Expert Group (currently one of Expert Groups of the European Markets and Securities Authority). Bozhidar has led a team of in-house lawyers within the Insurance supervision department of the Financial Supervision Commission of Bulgaria. Bozhidar participated in the Joint Vienna Institute training for insurance supervisors “Core principles of insurance supervision” in Vienna, Austria (2011), as well as in the City of London Programme for financial practitioners and regulators from Bulgaria in London, England (2009).
