Attorney at law, admitted to the Bulgarian Bar Yordan is a real estate and construction lawyer with significant experience in the field of infrastructure and civil construction process, spatial development regulation, and EU funded projects management cycle. He has extensive knowledge of the FIDIC conditions of contracts, and solid experience in the field of public procurement procedures. At the beginning of his career, Yordan practiced for almost five years as project manager of national infrastructure development project financed through the EU funds, such as BCCPs, national roads, and WWTPs. During the years of his professional development, Yordan was involved in numerous real estate acquisitions relating to energy, commercial, residential and agricultural projects.
